The first attunement deals with personal sexual issues such as impotence or frigidity, performance issues, lack of feeling or sensation, or anything else of a personal nature. The second attunement deals with issues involving sexual abuse committed by others against you including rape, sexual molestation, sexual harassment, and the emotional and spiritual issues that accompany such activities.
